The Neighborhood

The appartment is located in a superb area, Colonia de El Viso, in the quiet and residential calle Serrano, close to various embassies. Walking distance from Paseo de la Castellana, Estadio Santiago Bernabéu and Plaza de la República Argentina.

Services in the area are excellent, all kind of restaurants, luxury shopping areas in Paseo de la Habana and Paseo de la Castellana, as well as a megastore: El Corte Inglés.

Getting Around

The closest tube stations are: República Argentina and Nuevos Ministerios (in this one is located the commuter train, and in both you get access to the Adolfo Suárez - Barajas Airport). You also are ten minutes away from Chamartín and Atocha ( tube and train stations ).

And various buses will take you from Serrano, Paseo de la Castellana and Paseo de la Habana to the city centre ( Puerta del Sol ).

Setting

The appartment is prepared for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Just the following rules must be observed :

- Check-in time should be from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Check-out time up to 12:00 am

It is not allowed to :
- To accomodate more people than stipulated in the reservation.
- Stay of any kind of animals.
- Smoking.
- Have parties, and very important is respect the resting time, from 9:00 pm, trying to keep noise and music as low as possible.

Recommendations:
- Depositing garbage bags in the containers adjacent to the entrance fence.
- Leave the place in good condition.
- Keep control on the keys, its lost will be charged an extra 50 euros.
