The property also comes with Satellite cable in French (television channels in French: TF1, FR2, 3, 5, Arte, M6), 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + 2 KITCHEN. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a large 140 cm bed + a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + a sofa-bed + a 70 cm bed for a child) A bathroom with bath, hand basin, bidet and toilet. Dining room and equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and tea towels. On the ground floor; you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which with a large 140 cm bed and another one with 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet, garage and second equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, and tea towels. Rates are for the whole accommodation and for up to 10. If you are more than 10 (a maximum of 13), a small extra cost of 20 Euros is to be paid per person and day

Setting

You can rent bikes and go along the beach and across of the natural park ebro delta.
You have only less than 30 minutes driving time to the amusement park " port aventura "

take the exit 39 a ( l'ampolla ) from the motorway and you have only 3 minutes by car to reach the villa. The villa is just a few steps away from the sandy beach ( less than 5 minutes by foot ) and has a private pool, garden and 2 terraces to enjoy dining "al fresco".
