The apartment is situated on the peninsula, referred to as the La Manga strip, 17 kms down the 22 km stretch of land, only 300 meters wide at the widest point, with both the Mar Menor lagoon and Mediterranean sea on either side, giving you a total of 44 kms of sandy coast line. The apartment is 2 mins walk from the lagoon and 3 mins walk from the Med.

Situated in a residential area called Luz Bahia next to Los Gondolas. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an eight floor apartment block. The pool and apartment has disabled access. Access to the Mar Menor and Med is easily managed by disabled clients.

Fully furnished, including ironing board and iron, microwave, washing machine, tv/dvd/cd player, highchair. Double sofa bed in living area. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

Restaurants/tapas bars/supermarkets/bars in walking distance. Bus service, more frequent during high season. Private swimming pool. Car – recommended.

* The above costs include bed linen for up to 4 people, above this requirement a charge of 10 euros per person is required.
* All bed linen is changed and replaced after 2 weeks (if your stay is longer than 2 weeks)at a charge of 15 euro for 2 people, 25 euro for 4 people and 35 euro for 6 people.
* 5% discount if booked before 30th April 2012 (10% deposit received).
* Arrival after 17:00 (unless advised sooner by apartment manager).
* Departure before 10:00.
* If arrival is after 22:00 a key handling fee of 20 euro is required and if after midnight a 50 euro fee is charged.
* Travel cot and highchair for babies and toddlers.
