Precious villa with swimming pool to 1 km of the beach.
* Very comfortable and cosy Villa, with 4 rooms, one of them with exit to great terrace from which the sea is seen. Pretty completely equipped independent kitchen. 3 bathroom with shower.
Outer tuna with swimming pool, parking with capacity for 2 cars.
To 1 km of precious sand coves fine, to 1 km of supermarket, 3,5 km of L' Ametlla de Mar, tuna town of fishermen with rich gastronomy, numerous restaurants and stores.

The house is nice and comfortable, but too many ants in the house. The owner is always ready to solve the ploblems, if any. Very nice beaches around the house. Car is recommended.
