It is a completely private Eco-Sanctuary that can be yours alone for a romantic, restorative or adventurous retreat or the perfect get away holiday for your family offering you the most fascinating view of the majestic deep blue Mediterranean sea set among the panoramic outline of the Aeolian islands .

Accommodation :
Your dwelling will be a unique, authentic rustic recently renovated Cottage with an emphasis on Sicilian building tradition , that suits the untouched nature of your surroundings .The cottage has been completely remodeled with hand-sculptured indigenous stones , chest-nut trees beams, ancient clay tiles , and dècor features arts and craft made by local artists .
The cottage develops in two separated bedrooms with independent entrance and bath-room equipped with rain showers massage , a fabiolous sheltered outdoor kitchen with sea-view , equipped with bbq , mini-bar furnished with local organic fruits , Sicilian wines and soft drinks and everything you need to prepare gourgeous meals with your loved ones !!!!!!
The coastal decor consists of airy fabrics, open space, seaside-inspired colors, beachy accents, sturdy woods to withstand sandy feet and salty air, and tones to reflect the sea and sky. The outdoor living space is designed with a rough texture that casts unique shadows throughout the day, making the space feel as though it is constantly evolving. enjoy secluded private dining surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and spectacular panoramic views .
Welcoming you to relax in our new Release Star-Fish Sundeck with a Priuvate Natural pool, on a full -size day bed for napping or unwind in your personal hammock , and at night do as much or as little as you please in our star-light lounge in complete privacy and solitude among a blancket of the britest stars, an experiance truly hard to repeat !!!! The cottage also could provide upon request a variety of body treatments and massages , a full-time attendant to light lanterns, cook lunch and dinner, prepare cocktails and anticipate your every need .
We highly encorage and support families with children , the Cottage is equipped with high chair , a crib, and a baby bath.

As hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible!!! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our eco-friendly environment. In order to do that, we would really appreciate it if you could follow these simple house rules, and we truly appreciate your cooperation.
House Rules:
Be aware of your surroundings since you are in the heart of the Madonie Regional Park, be respectful of nature !!!!
The Cottage has an ecosystem for water conservation, we collect rainwater which we filter and use for irrigation!!! use water consciously !!!!! water is a precious gift let's use it with care. Turn off indoor, outdoor and pool lights, fans and TV when you leave the property.
NO FIRES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME AS THE CEPHALUS AREA IS AT HIGH RISK OF FIRE !!!!
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGE, IF YOU SMOKE OUTSIDE PLEASE BE SURE TO DISPOSE OF ASHES AND CIGARETTE IN THE ASHTRAY PROVIDED !!!!
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
SINCE WE ARE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE MADONIE REGIONAL PARK THERE IS WILD LIFE SUCH AS DEER, FOXES, WILD BORE, SKUNKS, MARMOTS, HARES, WEASELS, THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC FENCE, NOT DANGEROUS FOR PEOPLE, TO KEEP AWAY UNWANTED ANIMALS (SIGNS ARE POSTED ON THE FENCE NOT TO TOUCH IT),The City of Cefalù has recently started separate waste collection, we will give you instructions on where and how to dispose of it, and then one of our staff will pick it up.
The property may not be used at any time by more adults and children than indicated in the reservation.
All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless prior written permission has been given by Terre Di Bea. No tents or other structures may be set up on the property. Renter is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept credit card charges on file if damage occurs due to negligence during occupancy.
Use of the Internet for purposes contrary to morals and safety is prohibited.
The cottage is delivered in perfect condition. Guests are expected to use it with care and diligence, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before check-out.
Please wash dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning charges may apply. Please report any damage immediately.
Please do not rearrange our furniture.
If you wish to host an event, please let us know in advance.
Terre Di Bea is covered by insurance for damages to third parties and is released from any liability.
It is also strictly forbidden to wash bed or bath linens, which we provide, in the washing machine in our laundry room, which you may use, instead, freely for laundry of your personal belongings.

una visita obligada son las islas eolias que a veces se puede ver directamente desde nuestra terraza !!! estaremos encantados de hacer la reserva para usted !!!

estudio artistico de ceramica : estudio de ceramica d'angelo en polizzi generosa a unos 40 minutos en coche , dos horas de clase y visita a la antigua fornace , y superp almuerzo en donna lavia agriturismo con especialidades sicilianas y recetas autenticas de las montanas madonie

playas : cefalu' ofrece una playa de arena muy bonita y en su mayoria muy concurrida !! o en el otro lado , por debajo de terre di bea ,una vez que cruzas la ss113 yendo hacia messina encontraras playas solitarias de guijarros con aguas cristalinas !!!!
