The accommodation

The villa is located on a private fenced property where you will be able to enjoy peace and quiet, as well as the beauty of the surroundings from anywhere in the villa. It has 2 floors:

-The ground floor, which has 2 large living rooms with fireplace, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
-The upper floor, which has 6 dorms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with a sleeping capacity of 12 people.

The villa has Air Conditioning and free WIFI.

Villa conceived for TELEWORKING: In 2020 the increase in people who telework was spectacular; teleworking has become the best way to reconcile our professional life with personal and family life. For this reason, the villa has free fiber optic internet (high speed), so that you can enjoy teleworking while breathing nature and the tranquility of the environment. Long-term teleworking stays have very cheap special prices.

On the outside, the property has the following:
-Orchard, with numerous fruit trees (oranges, cherries, plums, etc.)
-Swimming pool with lawn area, ready for bathing in and sunbathing.
-Barbecue pit, in a spot separate from the swimming pool to enjoy food made from simmering.
-Porch to enjoy table talk.

Setting

The Country House is located in a privileged area of ​​Cónchar, located geographically between Sierra Nevada, La Alpujarra, La Costa Tropical and the proximity of the city of Granada.
Access from Granada is done by the A-44; at exit 153, take the local road GR-3208.

According to the preferences of the visitor, they can choose what they want the most.

1.- If you choose to relax, rest and forget the stress, this is the ideal place thanks to the nature and comfort of the rural house (swimming pool, orchard, fireplace, barbecue, the sound of birds, etc.) that invite you to it; if you do not want to cook, next to the house there is a restaurant in which its owners serve seasonal cuisine with fruits and vegetables taken directly from their harvest, as well as wine raised and made from their own vineyards; these are fresh and quality products that vary according to the time of the year.
2.- If you want to undertake activities, you will not have time to get bored:
Next to the rural house, there is an outdoor sports court where children and adults can practice free sports (tennis, basketball, handball, soccer, etc.). You can also make numerous hiking trails by bike or on foot through various rural roads in full contact with nature (up and down through mountains and the river). Here we suggest some of them:
a) Half-day trips:
- Route "Alcazar stream" and its waterfall (Cónchar).
- Route "of the river".
- Route "the watchtower of Cónchar" (Nasrid era tower).
- Ascent to the hill of the cross.
- Route "river of the arches".
b) Day trips:
The rural house allows the visitor to combine their rest with visits to nearby historical and natural places of unquestionable beauty such as:
- Alhambra and Generalife.
- Practice skiing in Sierra Nevada.
- La Alpujarra and Sierra Nevada natural´s park.
- Practice golf (three golf courses within 30 minutes).
- Enjoy the tropical coast (Salobreña, Almuñécar and La Herradura beach).
c) Integrate into the popular festivals that are on the following dates:
- January 1: raffle of souls. Centennial popular auction.
- First Saturday of January: wine festival (wine and remojón for free).
- Days 15, 16 and 17 of August: patron saint festivities of San Roque
- Visit to the parish church of San Pedro built in the seventeenth century by the hand of the architect Ambrosio de Vico. It is a temple with a Mudejar brick and stonework facade with valuable works of sacred art inside, including a crucified one of the prestigious Granada school.
