The apartment has 90 square meters distributed in 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 + 2 people.

The apartment is in a modern building with two lifts - just two apartments per staircase - and is notable for its interior design, equipment and a large terrace with views. The air-conditioned lounge-diner invites you to join your family and spend great evenings. The sofa can be prepared as a sofa-bed (converting it into a 1,40m x 2m bed) for two guests, so that they fit - optionally - 6 guests in the house.

A well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils is very practical if one day you do not feel like going out to eat. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are in the utility room at your disposal.

Kettle, coffee maker and a long etcetera complete the equipment.

The master bedroom has a double bed (1,50x2m), television, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. From this room you can access the large terrace (25m2) of the apartment, which has panoramic views of the beach and the island of Benidorm.

The secondary bedroom has two single beds (90cmx2m), wardrobe and a bathroom with shower gives service to the apartment.

Both bedrooms enjoy a modern air-conditioning system (Aero thermia) through centrally controlled ducts. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

In the surroundings of the Resort you can find a great variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. At only 80m we arrive at Poniente Beach, with fine sand and crystal clear water. Benidorm is the tourist capital of the Valencian Community par excellence. Known as the «New York of the Mediterranean», it is the city with the most skyscrapers in Spain, the city with the most skyscrapers per inhabitant in the world and the city with the most skyscrapers per square meter of the world after New York. It is one of the most important and well-known tourist destinations in Spain and the whole of the Mediterranean thanks to its beaches, leisure activities and many shops throughout the city. We find four theme parks: Mundo Mar, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura, which we can visit all year round and are only 2km from the accommodation.

Sunset Drive Benidorm is the perfect resort where you will find everything you need to relax for a few days. Its location, just a few meters from the best beach on the Costa Blanca, the Poniente beach of Benidorm, will make your stay very comfortable.

At Sunset Drive, you'll find everything you've planned for your vacation: Sea views from the terrace, outdoor pool with infinity views, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna ... You can sip a refreshment at the pool bar while you take a bath, or order your food at the restaurant that is at the front of the resort.

If you are traveling with children, Sunset Drive will be your favorite destination for a long time: Tyrolean, playground, reading house, children's pool, movie theater and all kinds of sports facilities (football, basketball, tennis, paddle ...) for little ones make the hours fly by! Soon they will make friends with other children of their age and they will spend the day in the facilities of the resort playing outside and having a great time.
