The accommodation

A detached house, built on a 1.000 m2 plot with a garden with lawn, trees, and a 8 x 4 swimming pool.

The ground floor consist of a living room with fireplace which opens to a covered terrace in front of the swimming pool, a independent kitchen, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a bathroom.

The first floor has a bedroom with living room which opens to a terrace with sea views, a kitchen, a single bed with one more bed (2 pax), a double bedroom, and bathroom with shower.

The independent kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwaves, oven and coffee maker.

The villa has TV, barbecue and an outside shower.

Setting

It is 200 m from the sea, 400 m from Calafat marina and from the beautiful sandy beach.
In Calafat there is a supermarket, a coffee/backer, 3 restaurants, paddle court, ... and 7km. from the village L'Ametlla de Mar, where there are more shops, banks, …
