Excellent Accommodations! from Lori De Sousa 20/Jul/2012 (regarding a stay in June 2012)

We enjoyed our trip to the beautiful Island of Sao Miguel and our stay at Casa da Ana in 2011 so much that we had to return again this year (June 2012). The accommodations were perfect in every way - very clean and all the 'comforts of home'. Ana and Jose were very hospitable and helpful in answering all of our questions about the Island. The location of Casa da Ana is perfect for vacationers wanting peace and tranquility. Very quiet surroundings and about 30 minutes by car to Ponta Delgada. We plan to return to Sao Miguel in the future and would definitely stay at Casa da Ana again!

Jose and Ana were very helpful and thoughtful. We enjoyed the apartment, it is in a quiet beautiful area with views of the sea. We will plan to return next year. Ana gave very good directions and answered question very quickly.

Jose and Ana were very helpful, made us feel at home. They are very kind and thoughtful. Their apartment has everything you would need, an excellent location in a small town. We enjoyed sitting on the porch to enjoy the afternoon sun. We will plan to return next spring.

Casa da Ana was one of the highlights of our vacation in Sao Miguel. The apartments were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The kitchen had all the 'comforts of home' for when we wanted to cook dinner for ourselves. All the applicances were in great working order - the bbq out back was excellent and very authentic! The property owners were very hospitable and ensured we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay. The view from our terrace was breath-taking - the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. We will definitely rent these apartments again and would highly recommend these accommodations to others.
