The House is situated on the left side of Albufeira Caniçada in the municipality of Vieira do Minho, Place de Crasto, Town of Cova, Braga district, protected area and the evolving Gerês natural park, one of the 7 Wonders of Portugal.

House with 3 bedrooms (2 suites and 1 bedroom), 3 bathrooms in total, dining room with fireplace, tv and sofácama, kitchen, outdoor barbeque is, yard, garden and terrace.

Both home and abroad can enjoy beautiful views of the Albufeira Caniçada, Geres National Park, Sanctuary of S. Benedict's Open Door and Rio Caldo: Bridges Marina and Geres.

- A1 Lisbon / Oporto, A3 Porto / Braga, output Braga/Sul/Celeirós; EN-103 Braga / Chaves in the following direction Cerdeirinhas Geres / Caniçada / Pousada de S. Bento, E-304, after 5.3 km, the lower reaches Caniçada Place of Bouças, here turn right, EM-529 (up), direction Crasto-Cova, after CM-1392, to reach Crasto.

- De Chaves, EN-103, after passing the Gavinheiras Place, turn right (downhill) until you reach Crasto.

- De Terras de Bouro direction Geres, at the roundabout of Pontes de Rio Caldo, direction Vieira do Minho, E-304, 1.3 km on the Place of Bouças turn left (up), EM-529 until you come to Crasto, CM-1392.
