The apartment has a large terrace (22 m2), living-dining room (sofa bed for 2 people), kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 bedroom (double bed) and bathroom. Furnished, with heating and air conditioning, 2 tv and everything you need: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator and utensils and cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels service. Wooden floor (floating platform) in living room and bedroom. Nice views from the apartment and from the promenade next to the building.

Building with tennis court, large common areas with spacious gardens and lawn in the pool (the best in Calpe), which works with a system of saline chlorination and ultraviolet rays. Large parking area in front of the building and beaches (Calalga Cove) at 50 and 300 meters (La Fossa).
