south facing apartment with excellent sea views in mojacar playa in residential complex with swimming pool located approximately 200 metres to beach and amenities. (playa de cueva del lobo & ventanicas in the south end of mojacar playa.

Access is via a few steps leading from the road to the front entrance door. The lower level comprises open plan fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom, lounge with dining area and access to terrace.

Staircase leads up to top floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with double bed ( 1.35m) and the other with 2 single beds. Ceiling fand and air co units in both bedrooms. Full family shower room.

From lounge you access the good sized terrace, partially covered and south facing with lovely mountain and sea views.

Quiet residential area within walking distance to beach and amenities
