• No damage is caused to the property or its contents, other than normal wear and tear.
• There are no unrecoverable stains on towels or sheets, or on the fabrics of sofas, maples, chairs and cushions.
• All debris and rubbish should be placed in the waste bin and outside container.
• Dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• All keys are left on the kitchen table and the doors are closed.
• Any extra charges accrued during the stay are paid before departure.
• There is no lost or damaged bedding or towels.
