Apartment with 1 bedrooms in Lisbon and Tagus Valley

- To complete your reservation, we need your contact number. This information should be sent after confirmation of the reservation.

- In order to secure your reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total amount will be requested.

-The guest has 10 days to make the deposit, after confirmation of the payment the apartment becomes blocked for you, without confirmation of the deposit the reservation is invalid.

- The remaining amount can be paid in cash, credit card, bank transfer or PayPal, if it is in bank transfer or PayPal, the transfer must be made to the bank account indicated by us before your check-in. Any charges or bank fees will be charged to the customer upon check-in.

- Credit card payments can be made upon prior request, if fees are charged in the transaction these are paid by the guest, rates may vary, from 0 to 6%, depending on the card.

- The Security Deposit is € 200 (US Dollars or British Pounds), will be requested in cash upon your arrival and will be returned immediately upon check-out, if no damage is caused to the apartment.

- The Municipal Tax or Tourist Tax (€ 2.00 per person / night maximum up to 7 nights) applies to all persons over the age of 13 years.

- Extra Pax: € 25 per person per night;

- Free! One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Price per cot 25 €.

- Check-in is from 3 pm until 11 pm, check-out until 11 am, we are quite flexible according to our availability. Please confirm availability 1 or 2 days before arrival.

- Cancellation Policy:
• One month before arrival - free cancellation
• Less than one month before arrival - 50% of the deposit
• One week before - Non Refundable

What we offer in the apartment:
• All apartment expenses are included, as well as Wi-Fi and cable TV.
• Final cleaning is included.
• Bed linen and towels are also included in the stay.
• For lodging over 8 nights, we offer basic cleaning and an exchange of bed linen and towels.
• Extra cleaning is € 25 to € 50 (by Inquiry), includes change of bed linen and bath.

- Parties are not allowed or more people than those agreed. The disrespect of this rule implicates the lost of the security deposit paid at check-in.

- The trash is your responsibility, we ask you to put it out before your departure.
You can find the containers at the entrance of the building or at the street corners near the apartment.

- Pets are allowed on request in some apartments. Pet fee 50 €.

- Early/Late check-in fee:

A late check-in or an early check-in between 23:00 and 09:00 GMT is subject to €30.00 overcharge.
