The Villa Marrakech is an excellent holiday home, with a privileged location in Carvoeiro, near restaurants, bars, and beaches. This modern 4-bedroom villa features a private heatable pool (extra heating), barbecue, garden, bar, terrace, and free Wi-Fi, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing sun-filled break.

The villa is located 400m from Carvoeiro Beach (5 minutes walking), surrounded by seaside restaurants and water activities. The Maritime Walk will take you along the coast and through the caves.

On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, and a living/office room. A spiral staircase leads to the living room, with a spacious balcony and an exterior staircase connecting to the lower floors.

On the ground floor, there is a 4th double bedroom with a private bathroom, guest toilet, and a spacious living/dining room with a bar, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is walled and enclosed, with an entrance gate. Outside, there is a heatable pool (optional), sun loungers, traditional barbecue and wood-fired oven, as well as an outdoor dining table and a games room with a ping-pong table.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
