The accommodation
Apartment located on the ground floor. It has a double room with A/C, a living room with a sofa bed for an extra accommodation space, a kitchen with a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave and a variety of kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pans, saucepans...). From the living room you go out to a large terrace. The apartment is furnished and has a parking space included in the price. Residential with swimming pool. Ideal for couples or families with one or two small children.
Setting
The apartment is located in a quiet area and about 7 or 8 minutes walk to the beach. As it has a parking space, it is easy to move to all the places you want.

Gandia beach stands out for its crystal clear water and its white sand and its extension and breadth, which places it as one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural surroundings of great beauty and a step away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Palacio Ducal, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (essential to try the fideuá).
