Activities and attractions

Of great tourist interest is the Corrubedo dune complex, declared a natural park, as well as the Curota viewpoint, just 2 km from Ribeira, from which you can see the best panoramic view of the entire Galician coast: facing the ocean Atlantic, to the north the Noya and Muros estuary and to the south the Arosa estuary, (the Cíes, Sálvora, and Arousa islands). At 3km we find the Dolmen of Axeitos which is considered as the Parthenon of Megalithic Art in Galicia due to its great beauty. 7 km away is Playa de Las Furnas, ideal for lovers of surfing. Finally, 10 km towards Noia is the Castro de Baroña, located in a dreamlike setting. Good restaurants to taste Galician fish and seafood and gastronomic festivals in the area.
