The accommodation

Beautiful apartment near the sea in Benálmadena. It has a communal pool and capacity for 2+2 people.The large and beautiful communal gardens will lead you to an area where you can enjoy several shared swimming pools, one of which is especially for children. The largest measures 18x11m and has a depth varying between 1m and 2.2m. Once at the property, you can enjoy breakfast with sea views from the apartment's balcony. Being located in a building, there are direct neighbours.

The interior of the house, which has been recently refurbished, is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room has a TV and AC and is open to the kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, there is a cosy double bedroom with a fan. Guests can relax on the sofa bed in the living room. An en suite bathroom with shower and another fan complete the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The apartment is located in Benalmádena, 140 metres from the Bil Bil beach, a beautiful sandy area next to the castle of the same name with a unique charm. The area has all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A few kilometres away is the marina of Benalmádena, one of the most emblematic and most visited places on the Costa del Sol.

The swimming pool is open from April to October from 10:00 to 20:00.
