- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)

- 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm) + 1 foldable single bed and access to a balcony.

- 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 1 place (90cm).

- Bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

- Beautiful garden with a saltwater pool (7m long x 4m width, 110cm-170cm depth), and outdoor shower, barbecue with a dinning area

- Private parking for 2 cars.

- Bedsheets and towels are included.

- Pets aren't allowed or groups of young people.

Located at 10 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties.
