House Overview
Villa completely surrounded by greenery, approximately 4000 meters of garden. Extremely quiet and a beautiful exterior with sea view.
The interior is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, living room where there are 2 double sofa beds, kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4 burner stove, oven, microwave), bathroom with shower.

How to get to Casa Panoramica Sant'Andrea
Going down towards S. Andrea, you will find the crossroads for Cotoncello. Take via del Cotoncello and after 5 meters on the right you will find Villa dei Limoni with a small road that runs alongside it and which always goes up to the right.
After about 30 metres, the road ends and on the right you will find a metal bar, raise it and this is the car park.
To the left of the metal barrier a path begins and after about 30/40 meters and about 50 steps you arrive at a small crossroads with a house on the left. Take the crossroads on the left and after 5 meters enter the green gate on the right
This is our property. Continue and you will find another green gate after 10 meters. Obviously you enter and you have arrived

Setting

Between Marciana and Marina di Campo, from the top of the road you dominate the beaches and coves below and you can admire glimpses of breathtaking views, getting lost in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. The islands of Capraia and distant Corsica form the backdrop.

Going down towards the sea you enter the reality of an island within an island: the renowned tourist resort of Sant'Andrea, with its granite as its master, will leave you speechless.

There are 2 beaches: Sant' Andrea and Cotoncello, small but extremely pretty, made up of clear granite sand lapped by a turquoise sea.
