The accommodation
The annex is about 50m from the main house and consists of a lounge + bedroom with mezzanine, kitchen, anteroom and bathroom, for a total of 50m2 + 10m2 mezzanine.
It has a double bed, plus additional beds in the mezzanine area, reachable by a special staircase, a wardrobe, two armchairs and two tables with chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and electric stove, but does not currently have a sink (it is possible to use the one in the bathroom for running water).
Setting
The house is surrounded by greenery, 2 minutes from Novilara, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where there are several restaurants and 5 minutes from Fenile, where there are shops and services. It is possible to reach Fano in less than 10 minutes and Pesaro in less than 15.
In front of the entrance there is a large sunny open space.
Available for single nights or longer periods. Pets of any size welcome.
