The accommodation is completely private and only shares the car park and the swimming pool when the guest is not using it.

Situated 5 minutes from the centre of Puerto de Santa Maria by car. An ideal place for those who like to enjoy tapas bars and restaurants.
Residential area with no noise. Ideal for relaxation and family time. 10 minutes from Fuentebravía beach.
How to get around the area
The accommodation has parking.
By car you have many options of beach and leisure. Given the location you can move in less than 10 minutes to any beach in Puerto de Santa Maria and to Rota or Chipiona in just 25 minutes. You can enjoy an excellent restaurant in the centre of the Port, and if you are up for it you can take a nice trip to Cadiz by ferry across the Bay which will take you only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And even if it takes you more than an hour it is advisable if you are in the area to visit the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca or Zahara de los Atunes.
