The accommodation

A luxurious villa of 750m², where every detail has been pampered at the time of its construction, with a total capacity for 14 persons.

The house consists of 3 floors, on the ground floor, we find a large warehouse for three-four cars, a rustic-style kitchen-dining room and a full bathroom with shower, direct access to an outdoor barbecue with a dining area, and to the large garden and pool with fountain, jacuzzi and solarium area.

Main floor, this floor has a large living room connected to a large kitchen and dining room, all with windows that open onto a terrace with a relaxation area, another outdoor dining room and large stairs that go down to the pool area; a double room, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a room with a bunk bed, a laundry area and a pantry.

On the second floor, there are five double rooms, one of them suite and direct access to a terrace through its large windows, another three also with access to the terrace facing the sea, and finally another full bathroom with shower.

The house has an elevator that connects the three floors, (on request) for people with reduced mobility free of charge, if it is required, without physical need, it will have a supplement of 200€/stay.
