The accommodation

Duplex apartment on the ground floor under a wooden roof, located in the highest area of ​​the Los Altos de Escarrilla Urbanization, with exceptional views of the surroundings.

The apartment has a constructed area of ​​135 m2 on two floors. It has a maximum capacity for 6 adults, although it also has 4 more beds (in total 10 beds) by means of mezzanines used preferably by children.

On the ground floor, where it is accessed, there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and double-height ceilings made of exposed wood and large windows with magnificent views of the Panticosa ski resort, a fully-fitted and fully-equipped kitchen. of appliances, as well as a bedroom with an integrated bathroom.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms under deck with wooden ceilings and a full bathroom. Taking advantage of the height of the roof, from each of the bedrooms there is access to two mezzanines where there are additional beds, ideal for sharing with children.

The apartment has a large garage space and a storage room to store firewood and ski equipment.

The urbanization is located in the upper area of ​​Escarrilla, within a unique environment of the Aragonese Pyrenees. It has a daily maintenance and surveillance service throughout the year that allows proper use and enjoyment of the apartment by tenants and residents of the urbanization, especially during the usual winter snowfalls.

The apartment is ideal for the use of two families with children or large groups, and is equipped with a washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, etc.
