This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, next to Plaza de España, behind the impressive Riu hotel, a few meters from Gran Vía, Calle de la Princesa, in the Conde Duque neighborhood. It is located on a very quiet street.
It is exquisitely renovated with all kinds of details. It is distributed in a living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom, 2 toilets and a shower and a wonderful terrace.The kitchen with an island with four stools and with all the appliances and kitchenware you may need.
The living room with a large white leather chaise longue sofa and a Smart TV. The bedroom with double bed, 2 built-in wardrobes and Smart TV.And from the bedroom you access a wonderful glazed terrace.

The Charming Plaza de España has a privileged location from which it is possible to walk to all the most important attractions of the city. The Gran Vía is just 5 minutes from the apartment, the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral 15 minutes.
