Antia - Stone house near the sea

The accommodation

Two-storey stone cottage with a small outdoor area in the middle of Lariño. The house is surrounded by narrow streets without traffic and the situation is quiet. The ground floor consists of living room and kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two singles) and a bathroom.
The upper and lower floor are connected by a spiral staircase. Please be careful with small children. There is no barrier.
Otherwise the house is ideal for small families who want to spend a holiday close to the beach.

You can walk to the beach of Lariño in 15 minutes through narrow streets and a small path along the main road. You only have to cross the road and there is a pedestrian crossing. Next to the house there is a grocery store for emergencies, in the village 4 bars and two restaurants.

Points to note:

To access the public car park in front of the house you have to go through narrows. A wide SUV may have to shrink the mirrors.

Be aware of the spiral staircase inside the house in the case of people with reduced mobility or very active small children. Do not leave them unattended.

The heating will only be activated in the months of October to May if necessary.

Setting

Guests have full access to the house and the small outdoor area behind it. Wifi with good stable speed. No shared spaces with other people.
