The accommodation

Penthouse with solarium, unique in the area for its size 58m2 for 1 bedroom with 3 terraces (lounge, bedroom and solarium) totaling 78 m2.

Surrounded by the Lake Park and Golf Course.

Modern construction with plenty of light and air.

Semi-detached with separate entrance, you do not hear your neighbors.

If you are planning for a longer stay in winter you can "pick the right days" for skiing. Being 2 hours drive (door to door) of Sierra Nevada Ski resort it's ideal to have the best of both worlds, mountain and beach.As I always say it's 5 minutes to the beach and 2 hours from skiing.

Setting

At the entrance of the Natural Park, beach limits for Dressed or Nude bathing, surrounded by the lagoon and the golf course. Both "Textile Beach" (Blue Flag) and Natural Park Beach (Nude and pets allowed) are a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by car.

You can leave your car in the parking lot of the textile beach or right by the sea in the Natural Park. Highly recommended are the walks and bicycle circulation in the Natural Park and the promenade.

A 2-hour drive to Granada, Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.

Dear Gus,

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed your delightful apartment or ‘Penthouse ‘ as would be more appropriate.

The views from the roof terrace a quite magnificent and we were amazed that one can see the Sierra Nevada from the roof. We could have spent many hours up on the roof terrace watching the wild life on the lakes which it overlooks had it not been for the lovely weather that the area enjoys. We did however explore the natural ‘Parque’ which is just across the road and found the wild fowl on the secluded ponds there! The whole area is a delight to get away from the busy life we spend at home.

Having a car was a good idea as we were able to drive (many times) to the fantastic shopping centre Gran Plaza with so much parking underneath which we would only wish we had in England, and free of course.

We ate some of the time on your lower terrace when we wanted to escape from the sun which was very convenient. We thought your apartment has an ideal layout for a couple but you could even have a ‘put-you-up’ in the lounge instead of your comfortable sofa! Just a thought as there is plenty of room particularly as most of the time is spent round the fantastic pool and garden. We did not however succumb to Golf which is on your doorstep!

Many thanks again, we found the whole area unspoilt and will surely be visiting again.
