Beautiful house with views to the mountain and close to trails walking and cycling by the Serra Tramuntana.
It has Hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with fireplace and larder, patio inside, washing machine, barbecue with ceiling ideal for meetings and very welcoming with dining table, bathroom with bathtub, 1 bedroom with 1,50 m double bed and an other bedroom with double bed 1,35 m and with 2 single beds.
It is very comfortable and cozy since it has a nice seating area.
You can leave bicycles inside the receiver.

The House is situated in a quiet area with lovely views, within the village of Pollensa.
A few minutes walk you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and other services.
There is a typical market town and fruit, vegetables and fresh fish are achieved.
