The accommodation

This is a great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. It is a bright, spacious, and modern apartment with two terraces, one to the front so you can enjoy the sea views and the second to the rear, overlooking the communal pool and gardens.

On entering, to the right of the hallway there is the large open-plan kitchen, lounge diner. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle etc. The lounge boasts a 55 flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi. Large French doors lead you from the lounge onto the spacious private terrace with fabulous sea views across the beaches of Mojacar.

The spacious master bedroom has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also direct access from this bedroom to the large terrace with sea views.

The second bedroom is a good size double, has fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace which overlooks the community pool and gardens. The third bedroom is a twin room also with access to the terrace. There is also a family bathroom with shower.

The washing machine is housed in the utilities cupboard located on the terrace that overlooks the pool.

This apartment is in a great location, for Garrucha or Mojacar Playa and is just a short walk from golden sandy beaches, cafes, and restaurants.
