Welcome to Montserrat Paradise! We are excited to have you here and would like to share some guidelines that will make your stay even more perfect.

1) Care and cleanliness: We kindly ask you to maintain the apartment in its splendid condition, just as you found it upon arrival.

2) Conscious usage: Please inform us about the exact number of people (adults and children) and pets accompanying you. Additional individuals and pets come with a small extra charge.

3) Friendly behavior: We request that you exhibit kind and respectful behavior, adhering to the rules of coexistence. Excessive noise or parties that disrupt the environment may result in eviction without refund.

4) Rest hours: To ensure the rest of everyone, please respect quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

5) Care of the space: You are responsible for taking care of the apartment and its contents during your stay.

6) Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. If you need a late checkout, there is a charge of €15 per extra hour.

7) Important rules: Please remember that moving furniture, exceeding the maximum capacity (6 people), disturbing coexistence, altering supplies, holding parties, housing undisclosed animals, and smoking indoors are all prohibited.

Dear guests, failure to comply with these guidelines could result in penalties or even early departure.
