The accommodation

This modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and pool, located in a central and quiet neighbourhood of Barcelona, is the best option for families with children, senior citizens and, in general, for those who wish to be close to the main points of the city and, at the same time, away from the noise.

It is very close to several urban bus lines, subway (Rocafort, line 1 or Entença line 5) and train (Barcelona Sants, the main station in Barcelona).

It is less than 30 minutes walking far from the Olympic facilities and, in another direction, from other main areas of the city (Plaça de Catalunya, Les Rambles and Passeig de Gràcia, the main commercial area of Barcelona).

A few meters away are a lot of parking, restaurants, shops of all kinds, markets and supermarkets.

The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator. It has individual heating and air conditioning (1 split), and has a terrace of 25 square meters on two levels.

The apartment has a spacious living room with TV and Internet.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The other two bedrooms have one a trundle bed and the other a single bed.

The full kitchen, and enabled to eat in it in a separate environment, has a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and a set of minor utensils.

The main bathroom has a full bath, with shower, and bidet. The second bathroom also has a full tub with shower.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Setting

The apartment is very well located in Barcelona, in the Eixample neighbourhood. 250 meters far is Gran Via, the longest avenue in Barcelona, from which you can take a wonderful walk to Plaza de Catalunya and the old quarter or, in the opposite direction, towards the Plaza de España and the Olympic facilities.

Less than 1 km far is Barcelona Sants, the main railway station in Barcelona from which you can go to all High Speed and Long Distance destinations or to most Medium Distance and Short distance destinations

Barcelona El Prat Airport is about 10 km far and it can be reached by taxi, bus (the nearest stop is at Plaza de España), train (from Barcelona Sants) or Subway.
