It would particularly suit for families with small children as well. The resort provides children's play areas, communal playgrounds, swings, climbing frames etc. The perfect place if you want to enjoy a quiet family holiday yet have all the amenities you need close by.

It is located in the secure Roda Golf & Beach Resort in San Javier in the Murcia region close to Los Alcazares town.

This apartment in 1st floor with elevator, 73 m2 is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a terrace overlooking fountain & balcony, very well furnished a kitchen with appliances such as washing dishes, washing machine, microwave, cooker/ oven, air-conditioning, heating, TV with Netflix, WiFi/internet, private parking and with 24/7-hours security video surveillance with barrier control entrance. In the complex there are 5 outdoor swimming pools, private parking and a well-designed garden

The apartment has air conditioning with a cold and warm air pump through a centralized system whose sensor is located in the corridor.
The property has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms.Hot water is provided by a gas heater.

In addition, there is access to 5 community pools open all year round from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is no lifeguard, so children must be accompanied. To enter you need the access bracelets that are in the house.
If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot.

Dear Guests,
House Rules:
In order to enjoy in holiday, please read those house rules carefully.

1. No Smoking! it is not allowed to smoke inside the house, you may smoke outside or in the terrace.
2. No Pets.
3. Check-in is at 16:00 and Check-out is 11:00 (it can be early, if you get contact with our key holder & cleaning team)
4. Please do not disturb your neighbours will be grateful if your guests don’t disrupt their peaceful night’s sleep after 23:00. Do not make excessive noise, keep music low and control the level of conversation during those night hours.
5. Damages & Breakages: We all know that accidents happen sometimes, so simply make it clear in your house rules that breakages must be reported to the caretaker/key holder immediately.
6. Do not move the furniture from one room to another can help avoid expensive damages.
7. Please switch off all lamps and air conditioner/heater if you want to go out, otherwise, we will get a high energy bill.
8. Please take care of the house as your house because it is not a hotel.
9. Please try to use linens economically during your stay in our apartment.
10. Please do not change the setting of TV, keep it in English, and off course, there are different channels in different languages as well such as: English, Spanish ,German, and French.
11. Please keep your child’s diapers in your garbage or in the container close to car parking.
12. Washing the clothes: Please put your washing clothes on the washing rack in the terrace. Laundry is not allowed in facades, nor is it in communal or private areas if it is visible from outside.
13.Towels: We provide you with towels for each person, but please do not take our towels to the beach, and do not forget to take your own beach towels with you.
14. Do not leave any inflatables, chairs, hammocks, etc.. in the swimming pool area. They prevent other people using the facilities.
15. Do not use glass in the swimming pool areas.
16. Do not play with balls in communal areas. Apart from the disturbances, they cause damage to the lawn, plants and communal elements. The repair of those damages caused by residents, tenants and guests are paid with the community fees.
17. Do not throw sanitary towels, tampons, condoms, etc. through the toilet but in a black waste bin in both bathrooms.
18. Use recycling bins. Do not dispose of domestic garbage in the bins by the swimming pools. That is not healthy and prevents the normal use of them by other neighbours.
19. It is allowed to sit on the sofa,chairs,cushions with wet clothes.
20. It is allowed to orginize parties with noise.
21. When you go to the pool,you must wear your swimming bracelet.There are 6 available in the apartment.
