Welcome to this beautiful apartment located in a wonderful urbanization with a shared pool, next to the golf course and close to the beach. It has capacity for 4+2 guests and is located in Benalmádena.The best plan after a sunny morning at the beach is to relax next to the shared chlorine pool of the beautiful complex that measures 16 x 9 meters and has a depth of 0.50 to 2.10 meters. Later, they can rest on the cozy private terrace of the apartment while admiring the unobstructed views.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The modern interior has been decorated with great style and simplicity. The dining room has AC and television, and communicates with the kitchen through a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for your vacation. Here you will also find the washing machine. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with AC, the first with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Extra guests can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. A cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby, as well as an iron and ironing board, complete the equipment.

The apartment is located in a residential area of Benalmádena, next to a Torrequebrada golf course. You will find the essential services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, just a few kilometers away. The closest beach is Torrequebrada, a small and rocky beach with crystal clear waters that is not only perfect for accommodating towels and sun loungers, but is also ideal for snorkeling.
