Charming villa in Denia with capacity for 8 - 9 people. It offers breathtaking views of the sea and the majestic Montgó, with northeast orientation, which makes it ideal for enjoying unforgettable sunrises.

The villa is distributed over one floor. Upon entering, you will find a cosy covered terrace, a bright living-dining room and a well-equipped open plan kitchen.

The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Wifi, air conditioning, a sofa and a fireplace. The dining table offers incredible views that will make every meal a unique experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The villa has three comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, two of them with 150 cm beds and the third with two 90 cm trundle beds. Each room has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets for extra comfort.

Below this floor, you will find a separate studio with a 150cm bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and a fridge, providing additional space to the villa.

Outside the house, there are two uncovered terraces, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower with hot water, chairs and tables for outdoor dining and a portable gas cooker with two burners.

The private, uncovered parking area can accommodate 2 - 3 cars, and the property is completely fenced and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa is only a 10 minute drive to the sandy beach and a 5 minute drive to the town centre of Denia, where you will find all the amenities you need to make the most of your stay in this beautiful coastal town.
