This Beautiful Villa located in one of the quietest streets of the beautiful urbanization of Santo Tomas, surrounded by trees gives it unique privacy and tranquility.
It is a spacious villa with Mediterranean architecture with sea views and a large swimming pool.
Swimming pool (approx. 14mts by 6mts) 5 minutes walk from the beach.
It has a large living-dining room on the ground floor with direct access to a large terrace, where you can eat comfortably while looking at the pool, as well as a large porch with sofas to enjoy summer nights outdoors.

The property consists of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people, large families or groups of friends.On the ground floor there are 3 double rooms with single beds, and 1 room with a 150cm bed, two large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other has a bathtub and shower in the same bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob.
On the first floor there are 2 individual bedrooms, ideal for people who want to sleep alone, or teenagers who like privacy, we also find a bathroom with a shower.
This villa is Eco Friendly, cross ventilation is achieved with its windows located to the north which, when opened in combination with the south, provide us with a very pleasant breeze. With ceiling fans in all rooms that increase the comfort of your stay.
