On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, the living-dining room, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with a shower. Direct access to the garden and pool area.

On this floor, we have 3 bedrooms, one of them a suite with a dressing room and bathroom, 1 double bedroom, and another with capacity for 4. The last 2 share a complete bathroom.
