Location is good. It takes only ten minute walk to metro station and a beaufiful nature reserve is also near (25 min walk). House is large and good place especially for 3 persons. Garden and big balcony are also nice !

We stayed in this apartment in July this year. There is a lot of space and a great terras. After a hot day it was great sitting outside in the evening. The owner who lives in the same building was very friendly and helped us with information about Rome. The center of Rome was about 30 minutes by bus and metro. The double bathroom was also very comfortable. We hope to come back one day.
