The accommodation

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other with a single bed (90x190cm), both practically new from early 2023.

In the hallway next to the single bedroom, you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. However, if you need any additional items or appliances, we will try to supply them as much as possible.

The bathroom, recently renovated and located at the end of the hallway, has a shower with a screen, a bathroom cabinet with an integrated sink, and a toilet. All this with a small window facing an interior patio. You will also find a top-loading washing machine, practically unused, purchased in the summer of 2023.

At the entrance of the apartment, you will find the living room with air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, and Fire TV, which you can connect to your phone to use your mobile apps. The living room has access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast under the sun.

The Municipal parking is open 24 hours a day and costs only 1€ per day (during peak season, the price may increase). You can leave your vehicle sheltered and guarded. It is located 3 minutes from the apartment, underneath the Town Hall and the Tourist Office, all located in the center of the village.

Opposite the previously mentioned parking, you will also find the bus stop, with various schedules and destinations.

Setting

Charcones Apartment is located on the second floor with very few steps to go up and down, within a building with only 6 neighbors, making it a very quiet property with lovely village neighbors, always ready to help.
