The accommodation

The apartment is arranged on an area of ​​approximately 55 m2. located on the ground/mezzanine floor of the building. It is a brand new apartment, extremely bright, spacious and well furnished, it has two double bedrooms which can also be prepared with separate single beds, all mattresses have a memory foam topper; the kitchen is complete with all the necessary crockery, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, French press coffee maker; the living area offers a large sofa that transforms into a double bed for two. All rooms have double light white curtains + total black blackout to guarantee maximum privacy day and night. The balcony located in one of the two bedrooms overlooks the garden and the olive grove that flanks the property and the view of the mountains and the fortress of Arco Castle is truly beautiful.

Setting

Guests will have access to the bicycle storage room, from which they can exit directly into the garden via a locked door, and access the public cycle path via the private gate.
Guests will also be able to book free use of the tavern with wooden table and chairs and fireplace via the booking link that you will find in the apartment. The final cleaning of the tavern and any wood for the fireplace are the responsibility of the Guest who booked the tavern.
Each apartment has a dedicated reserved outdoor parking area.
Guests of this apartment will have access to the large 1500 m2 garden. surrounding the house. The garden is currently being grassed and will presumably be ready by the end of May 2024.
The garden will also have a table with benches.
In the coming months the electric charging station for cars will be activated and will be positioned in the parking area. It will be public and easily bookable via the app.
In 2025, a new outdoor BBQ area will be built with a gazebo and pergola, completely available to guests for barbecues in company.

- about an hour's drive from Verona airport
