Can Pere Xine is a Mallorquin rustic house in S’Alqueria Blanca with 3 bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower all renew and 1 doble bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower all renew. There is another bathroom with shower all renew too for the thrird bedroom.

Can Pere Xine has 2 floors. Downstairs you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen all renew, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the doble bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Can Pere Xine has a pool, BBQ, garden and a lot of space to relax, enjoy and play. You have another bathroom with shower in pool area.

It is located only 2 kms away from the Natural Park Cala Mondrago, 8 kms away from Santany where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, farmacy and more and a traditional market every week. 2,5 kms away from S’Alqueria Blanca, 7 kms away from Cala D’or, 8 Kms away from Vall D’or Golf, 3 kms away from the Sa Barca Trencada beach.

The air conditioning and heating run several hours a day (depending on the month). If you want it to run 24 hours a day you have to pay an additional 35€ per night for the air conditioning and 40€ per night for the heating.
