The accommodation

Sa Pletassa is a cosy newly built rustic Mallorcan finca decorated with modern furniture only 10 minutes from Cala D'or. It has stunning views to the mountains and the sea and is only 2 minutes away from the beach of Cala Marsal in Porto Colom and 10 minutes away from Cala D'or.

On the first floor you will find a living room with TV and a reading room next to the fireplace. Behind is the kitchen with a large island in the middle, fully equipped and modern and in front of it a table for 8 people. There is also a bathroom and a double bedroom. The ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An en suite bedroom with views of the pool and the sea and a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) with views of the pool and the mountains and the third twin bedroom with views of the mountains. One bathroom with bath and one with shower. Outside you will find a barbecue with a table for 18 people with oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, barbecue and a bathroom with shower. There is also a swimming pool and an outdoor shower.

The air conditioning and heating run several hours a day (depending on the month). If you want it to run 24 hours a day you have to pay an additional 35€ per night for the air conditioning and 40€ per night for the heating.
