Beautiful traditional ibicencan house with panoramic sea views in Cala Conta, very private, in first sea line, no neighbors.

Located on a hill above Cala Conta, it also has views to Es Vedra, 360 panoramic views, very private. The house has a large parking, entrance garden, living room, 1 small bedroom on the living room floor, 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom and a large master bedroom with bathroom and private terrace. On the pool floor and with independent access another bedroom with bathroom, in total 5 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Wifi included.

Sleeps 10 people and a baby, possibility of travel cribs.

Deposit: 1.000 € in cash on arrival.

Method of payment: 20% when booking by bank transfer and 80% on arrival in cash.

Included expenses, cleaning and change of sheets and towels weekly and change of towels once a week. Possibility of more cleaning and linen changes to consult availability and rates.

Pets allowed on request.

Check in and check out any day of the week and possibility of stays for more than one week, price on request.

Weekly pool and garden maintenance included.
