New apartment located in a newly built building called Marina Real II, delivered in summer 2020.
It has two bedrooms (double room with a 1.60m bed and double room with two single beds). Large living room with 1.40m sofa bed. American kitchen. Two full bathrooms. Large terrace with views of the common areas of the urbanization: playground, three swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, relaxation area and meeting room. Air conditioning throughout the house.
Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer.
First floor, with direct elevator from the private underground parking.

Setting

In Denia, 500 meters from the beach, the marina and the center, next to an excellent promenade. It has a great location that allows you to access the beach, the center, the marina and all the interesting facilities (supermarkets, pharmacy, service stations, bars, restaurants...) without taking the car.
There is an excellent promenade for walking, cycling, swimming and diving (it is a reserve of native flora and fauna). In addition, its location near Mount Montgó provides various hiking activities and excursions.

Activities and attractions

The tourist office offers many tourist activities to do in Denia and its surroundings (visit to the castle, excursion to the caves, guided tour of the fish market, sailing and diving courses, dramatized visits, excursions to nearby towns, summer cinema, routes guided hiking, jet ski rental and boat excursions, music shows at the castle,...). We leave all the pertinent information of the season in the apartment.
