Apartment 2 rooms and magnificent terrace

The accommodation

The apartment consists of two rooms, one room with a double bed, and the other room with 2 single beds. The bedrooms and dining room have air conditioning.
Dining room, bathroom with shower and a fantastic terrace. The kitchen has enough utensils for cooking and we give you a welcome kit (scourer, cloth...) and the bathroom has soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a hair dryer.
You will have towels, bedding and blankets. And also a washing machine, located on the terrace.
It is important to highlight the quality of the beds, since we want you to have a restful sleep.
Excellent location, if you want to visit Barcelona or if your children do the Summer Campus in the university area (which is next door) or come to the tennis campus.

VERY GOOD LOCATION:
To visit Barcelona during your stay, a 5-minute walk away you have the train station that will take you to the city center (Passeig de Gracia)
You are close to the town (in 8 minutes you have shops, bars, restaurants...) but you will also enjoy the beach (about 10 minutes walking)
10 minutes away, you will find the Anec Blau shopping center, where there are cinemas, brand stores, restaurants, open every day of the year, and supermarkets (LIDL, Aldi, Mercadona, Ametller., Carrefour)
To get there from the airport the best options are:
• Taxi (about 25 euros, 15 minutes) or
• The L99 bus that runs every 30 minutes (T1 Prat airport and you have to get off at the last stop, Passeig de Pitort- Castelldefels, which is 3 minutes from the apartment)

Setting

We accept pets that are good-natured and do not disturb the neighbors.
You do not have parking on the property itself, but you can enter the car to unload and load suitcases and purchases. And you can park without problem on the street and surrounding areas.
