This attractive and cosy detached house is located in San Carlos, a village in the north-eastern part of the island of Ibiza. San Carlos has grown over the years and the new houses fit with style and charm into the traditional village centre with its pretty white church. The residents are an interesting mix of Ibicenco, Spanish and international people who bring a cosmopolitan and bohemian atmosphere to the place. In the village you will find several bars and restaurants and just a couple of kilometres away the famous Las Dalias hippie market. Its location as a passing place to reach the beautiful beaches and houses in the north-east of the island makes it a very popular place for tourists.

This property is distributed in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and guest toilet, 2 living rooms, dining room and independent kitchen. Air conditioning in all the rooms and in the living room.

There is also an annexe next to the swimming pool, a studio for guests with independent entrance, fully equipped: large living room with sofa bed and the possibility to put an extra bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen for small breakfasts.
