The flat has a spacious, well-lit bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. It features a comfortable sofa bed (140x200cm), a flat screen TV and large windows that let in natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding green environment.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the garden.
The bathroom has a modern and clean design, with a shower and bidet.
The flat has a large private balcony where you can enjoy your meals, your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The views of the surrounding green area are simply enchanting.

The apartment has all necessary to guarantee a confortable stay for a group of maximum 4 people.

Activities and attractions

The flat is located in the area of Artola Baja, close to the beach and the Artola Dunes.
In a few minutes walking distance you can reach the beach and the beach bar Triana or the Artola Dunes which also offer the option of a naturist beach.
In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Furthermore in a few minutes by car, taxi or bus you can reach the centre of Marbella, Cabopino, La Cala de Mijas or Fuengirola.
