Beautiful ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, independent and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee machines, kettle, washing machine, iron), spacious living-dining room and private patio-garden. There is an indoor parking space in the building.

Setting

Located in the urbanization ‘Costa Miño’, very close to the extraordinary and quiet beaches of Miño and Perbes. It also has an 18-hole golf course with a golf academy and restaurant, swimming pool, sports courts and children's playgrounds.

Activities and attractions

The town of Miño is located on the coast, within the Betanzos estuary. It is an exceptionally beautiful environment surrounded by nature, sea, mountains and natural parks such as the Fragas del Eume National Park. Close to the historic towns of Betanzos and Puentedeume, the town has important communication routes, including the AP-9 motorway, which links it directly to A Coruña (32 km away), Santiago de Compostela (73 km away) and Ferrol (26 km away). It is also the place where the pilgrimages of the ‘English Way’ pass through the urbanization, from its departure at the Port of Ferrol to Compostela.
If you like surfing, there are magnificent beaches in the area around Ferrol, such as Doniños, Valdoviño or Pantín. In the Fragas del Eume you can go kayaking. And there are many hiking trails without taking any road.
