The accommodation

Our accommodation is an old renovated farmhouse of great beauty. It has a swimming pool, a large garden with barbecue and an olive grove. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a kitchen, living room, porch and patios.
There is parking directly at the door and there is space for several cars.
Decorated in rustic style, with antique furniture and some modern touches.
The garden is equipped with furniture and the swimming pool is large, with sun loungers and parasols.

Setting

The cortijo is located in a rural setting in the municipality of Los Gallardos, surrounded mostly by olive trees, with stunning views of the Sierra Cabrera.
It is easily accessed by a short signposted dirt track that ends at the house, so you can't get lost.

Activities and attractions

The house is very close to several beautiful beaches and less than an hour from the Natural Park Cabo de Gata so coastal tourism is a great alternative.
Very close to nightlife, tapas bars and restaurants. This area allows the tourist bustle but there are also quiet places. For nudists there are beaches nearby.
If you prefer mountain activities there are two mountain ranges nearby: Cabrera and Sierra de los Filabres, both with beautiful hiking trails.
Close to golf courses, water parks and diving schools.
Also very close to the interesting Tabernas desert, scene of many films and one of the largest geodes in Europe, which can be visited if booked in advance.
