Located in a small building of 8 apartments, it is on the 2nd and last floor with elevator, without vis-à-vis and with panoramic views of the mountain west side, and 300 meters from the beautiful beach, east side. One can easily park on the street, which offers many parking spaces.
This modern T2 of about 45m2 is fully air-conditioned and ventilated, and benefits from Wi-Fi.
It consists of a large comfortable living room with a dining area and a living room area equipped with a TV and whose sofa can turn into a bed for 2 people (new mattress), a large bedroom with closet and bed of 150, an independent kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilets.
Our friends the small dogs are welcome in the respect of property and people.
A large balcony equipped with garden furniture allows you to have breakfast or aperitif away from the heat and possibly smoke, the accommodation is non-smoking.
A beautiful and long beach of fine blond sand accessible in 5 minutes on foot, lined with a promenade, punctuated by some restaurants, ice cream bars and small shops will delight all.
