Booking Conditions

By continuing with the reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth below:
1. Certain short reservations may carry a final cleaning supplement.
2. A prepayment is required to confirm the reservation and secure the accommodation. The booking will not be confirmed until this prepayment is received.
3. The final amount will be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receiving the latter payment, instructions will be sent that will include the details of check-in and contact form with our team.
4. It is mandatory to meet house rules. In case of default, may be withdrawn from the deposit.
5. Check-in is from 15:00 and 20:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Not respecting these schedules may incur an extra cost.
6. A deposit of between € 100 and € 300 (depending on property) will be mandatory as a pre-authorization by credit card to cover possible damages, extra cleaning costs, theft, or departures outside the established schedule. This amount will be returned after reviewing the accommodation, during the following 2 weeks after check-out.
7. Once the accommodation has been booked, no change of ownership may be made, without incurring any expenses.
8. All accommodation units are equipped with a basic supply (kitchen paper, toilet paper, etc.). Once finished, the company will not be responsible for supplying these items and it will be the guest who will have to take care of your purchase.
